What even is “brand management”?

It goes by a lot of names and looks a little different for everyone- but ultimately brand management is defining, refining, and communicating what makes you you.


And that’s harder than it sounds!
To present a truly cohesive front, that means everyone has to be on board and on the same page, answering questions like:

  • What does your social media feel like? What does the voice of your organization sound like? How is your content working for you?

  • Is your branding clean, aesthetic, and effective? What does it say about you in a first impression?

  • What are you doing in the short and long term to not just generate customers or audience, but build a strong community?

  • Are you easy to find online? Do you make it clear what sets you apart? How do folks get in touch with you?

  • And now more than ever- how do you stand out from the sea of AI slop?

…That’s a lot of questions, and we’re only getting started.
